Kimpton Blythswood Square hotel reserves the right to halt and/or cancel the treatment (without refund) if the dog becomes unruly, unmanageable or visibly unhappy. The same applies to their human!

The guest is responsible for their dog for the duration of the experience and understands that the dog is not allowed to wander around and must be kept on a lead/harness when in public areas.

The guest will provide their therapist with any information that may be pertinent about the dog eg: behavioural characteristics, any issues with being handled, touched etc. Provided that you are responsible for, and the dog is not a problem to those around you, we will work with you to create a suitable environment in which to enjoy the treatment.
