What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Credit cards, debit cards and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, and gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

Do you have a business center?
No, we don’t have a business center.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Yes, we have a fitness suite which is open from 7am until 10pm Monday – Friday, and from 7am until 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you have a pool?
We have a Vitality Pool and a Hydrotherapy Pool within the Thermal Experience, but The Spa at Blythswood Square does not have a separate Leisure pool. Hotel guests have access between 8am – 10am (last entry 9.30am), and 5pm – 8pm (last entry 7.30pm). You must be 16 years or over to use the spa and pool facilities.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
Yes, we have The Spa at Blythswood Square. The Thermal Experience is open for hotel guests each day from 8am – 10am (last entry 9.30am), and 5pm – 8pm (last entry 7.30pm). We do not require advance booking but operate a one-in-one-out policy if our capacity is met. You will find spa robes and slippers in your hotel room for your comfort, please arrive at the spa with your swimwear and robes on as provided. We offer various treatments and spa day packages for which we advise advance booking where possible. You must be 16 years or over to use the spa and pool facilities.
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Yes, we offer room-service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How much do you charge for high speed WiFi internet access?
Whether you’re plugged in or not, all guests get complimentary high-speed access during every stay.
Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
Yes, we are a smoke-free facility.
What is check in/check out time?
3:00 p.m. is check in time and 12:00 noon is check out time.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Yes, your furry friends are welcome at our hotel. Dogs must be a maximum of 35kg (about 80lb).
Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Yes, indeed. Please call our reservations team at 0131 240 5500 to inquire about pet-free rooms.
Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
No not on site, however, we can make arrangements for you.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you made a reservation using a third-party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in. For all Non-EU guests we will require to see a valid passport.
What age do kids stay for free?
Kids stay free up to the age of 12.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Our cancellation policy for stays prior to June 30th 2020, is 24 hours. For stays on or after July 1st, 2020, the hotel’s standard cancellation policy is applicable and listed below. You must cancel before 2:00 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge to your credit card.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Yes, rollaways beds cost £50 per night and cribs are free of charge. Note that not all rooms are large enough to take extra beds and cribs.
What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Our restaurant iasg is open for breakfast between 7am and 10am, lunch is available Wednesday to Saturday – 12 noon to 2pm, dinner is available Monday to Sunday – 5-9pm, brunch is available on Sunday – 12 noon to 4pm. Our bar is open 7 days a week 12noon till late. The Salon is currently closed.
Transport / Directions
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
No, however we do offer guest parking for residents at £30.00 for 24 hours. On street parking is plentiful and is priced at “£4.00 per hour between 8am and 6pm, Monday – Sunday, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. The closest car park is the Q-Park on Bath Street, which is open 24 hours.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shuttle service from the airport, however, we can help you get a taxi.
