We’re delighted to learn your interest in borrowing a bag from The Strathberry Bag Library! Before you show your bag off for a day or night on the town, please complete this rental form and share the code with concierge.
You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You may only use the bag for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and only in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you.
- You will return the bag to the Hotel’s Front Desk by the Return Date. You may not return it to another Kimpton or IHG hotel.
- If you like the bag, it is available to purchase on Strathberry.com or one of the stores near the hotel. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
- You agree to take care of and return the bag. You are liable for any damage to the item or cost to replace the item. Any damages or replacement cost will be charged to the credit card on file at the Hotel.
You release, waive, and discharge Hotel’s owner, its manager and agent, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and their respective owners, directors, officers, partners, and employees, and agents (hereafter referred to collectively as the “Releasees“) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or other expenses of any nature whatsoever for any personal injury, illness, death, damages and/or losses (collectively, “Claims“) related to the Kimpton Strathberry Bag Library. This indemnity obligation shall also include reasonable attorneys’ fees, investigation costs, and other costs and expenses incurred by Releasees with respect to any Claims made against Releasees.
